1) Begin with 20–30 minutes in our infrared sauna. The gentle, penetrating heat works deep within the body to detoxify, improve circulation, and prepare your muscles for contrast therapy.
2) Cool down with a rinse. This not only restores your body’s temperature balance but also nourishes and rejuvenates your skin.
3) Step into the cold plunge for 2–5 minutes. The invigorating shock of cold water activates circulation, reduces inflammation, and boosts mental clarity.
For maximum benefits, alternate between the sauna and cold plunge 2–3 times during your session. Each cycle helps restore balance, leaving you recharged and renewed.
